Materials
- 1/8 inch plywood (stacked layers)

- No plans required — this is a simple stacked glue-up
- Cut one left and one right (or top/bottom) piece and stack for height
- Six layers of 1/8 inch plywood were used in the example build
- If fit is loose, apply outward kerf offset to black pieces
- If fit is tight, adjust kerf inward slightly
- Green pieces indicate magnet holes and can be adjusted independently
- Snug fit is preferred; sanding can fine-tune the result
